I’ve been a patient here for a while, but here lately every single interaction I’ve had with the practice manager and ALL of the MA’s have been HORRIBLE. The practice manager could clearly see I was in distress and threatened to “kick you out of the practice.” I was told one thing by several people then when my appointment came, I was told something completely different. I've had nothing but good experiences since becoming a patient here. Makenze Wieneke is the best provider I have ever seen. She is compassionate, caring, and wants to help you! She will work hard to find out the root cause of chronic illnesses. I went from having no hope of ever getting a diagnosis after 13 years of untreated illness to getting a diagnosis, treatment options, and a better quality of life within months of seeing her. Feel very comfortable with Dr. Williams and the whole crew at SPC.
There’s always a different MA that takes your initial info. The office staff wasn't doing their job- no follow through & instead of understanding my frustration & correcting the situation- I was treated very rudely by a provider, basically told I was expecting too much from the staff & chastised. I did not appreciate being treated this way. It could have been handled so much better than it was. We have left this practice & won’t be back.
