Had my daughter here almost over a year ago now. It was my first pregnancy and I ended up having complications which lead to her being delivered at 36 weeks. I received nothing but the BEST care from all the doctors and staff. They kept me informed and involved in everything that was being done and told me every risk. They did everything they could for me to have a safe pregnancy and delivery. Forever thankful for them!
Not happy with the lack of care from there. I had a hysterectomy in May, had granulation tissue, and lots of pain. She just wanted to give me cream and numbing med. She told me try therapy, but I kept pushing for laparoscopic when she would remove tissue. Now I’m still not better after second surgery. Another dr. there seen me once and now won’t see me again bc says I need to see Dr. who did the surgery. I can’t get in. Nurse won’t call back. I recommend you go anywhere but here!
Dr. Souza is great! However, it's impossible to get a call back when you've left messages on her assistants line. The scheduling line just transfers you to the assistant line, and it's a never ending cycle with the patient not getting help. Total hogwash. Sorry. I don't like leaving bad reviews, especially when I like Dr. Souza so much, but this is not patient friendly service. It's anything but that. I'm still sitting here, waiting, hoping, and praying someone will call me back. This has been going on for five weeks!
I loved them they took amazing care of me!
don't come unless you want to wait 20 min after your appointment time every time to go back, it's honestly ridiculous
