Midwife Kaitlin has absolutely no bedside manner. Is very very rude and made me feel very stupid and small for coming there with a postpartum health concern. Won’t recommend anyone to use her for any type of care, period. Idk why she’s even in healthcare with her attitude and way of doing things.
I went here my whole pregnancy, once i had my baby I got postpartum preeclampsia. I called and called because I had so many question. I left voicemail after voicemail just to never get a call back. with postpartum preeclampsia came high blood pressure. they didn’t update my dosage in the system so CVS wouldn’t refill them and insurance pay for them so I had to pay out of pocket for the medicine that they prescribed me to pretty much keep me alive. At first I was happy with the office. The front desk ladies are always super kind. The ultrasound tech lady is very compassionate and kind as well. I was a patient of Dr. Walter and I had been trying to get some answers to some ongoing health issues. When accessing my patient portal I saw that there was information in my recent visit reports that were not accurate. Vitals were listed when none were taken. Had my daughter here almost over a year ago now. It was my first pregnancy and I ended up having complications which lead to her being delivered at 36 weeks. I received nothing but the BEST care from all the doctors and staff. They kept me informed and involved in everything that was being done and told me every risk. They did everything they could for me to have a safe pregnancy and delivery. Forever thankful for them!
Not happy with the lack of care from there. I had a hysterectomy in May, had granulation tissue, and lots of pain. She just wanted to give me cream and numbing med. She told me try therapy, but I kept pushing for laparoscopic when she would remove tissue. Now I’m still not better after second surgery. Another dr. there seen me once and now won’t see me again bc says I need to see Dr. who did the surgery. I can’t get in. Nurse won’t call back. I recommend you go anywhere but here!
