Total lack of professionalism from office staff even on their end not returning calls despite being left messages. So these incompetents schedule someone for an appointment yet never return the call to the patient. Then get accusatory when asked about when and who called. Its obvious that I'm not the only patient they have the dropped the ball with as a man in front of me in line to talk to the receptionist had similar issues. Full office of doctors, and they ask you to rate the doctors you would like to have as your primary doctor. 5+ doctors, and wouldn't even take me as a patient? I was told they only ask the first 2 you list from 1-5 on your paperwork. I came in October 26th (10-26-15) with a terrible case of tonsillitis. Mother went into emergency room. I 200 miles away. I called the phone number listed on website on a Sunday and rang 20 times without an answer. Used alternative number. Radiology answered with no ability to give me any information. Gave me a third number that was not listed on the website that was able to help. Inexcusable.

This is my second time at schneck medical center for a partial knee replacement on both knees performed by Dr Kris Williams and I will tell you this I have been to several hospitals with family unfortunately and schneck has been hand's down superior to all of them from beginning to end.

Any time i go there i have a good experience i only had two problems with this Hospital that because of two sstaff members one wwas one of my obgyn she was really rude to me aabout my weight and the stuff member was one the lad people she bruised my arm while taking my blood because she didnt do it right the the rest of my experience was good

My boyfriend of ten years went to his hospital and was treated with respect and kindness. Since my boyfriend went to Scottsburg hospital first, were they wouldn't even do an x-ray, even though he had just been involved in a car accident, he had to go all the way to Seymour to get true help, so I love this hospital in Seymour, maybe before they were a little iffy, but when my boyfriend went, he was treated with he kind of respect you should be treated with. I wouldn't go any where else but Schneck Medical.

I took my husband to the emergency room. He was having pain from a kidney stone and could not pass urine. Now everyone knows that a qualified nurse should be able to catheterize. They had to call a urologist from Columbus to do it. This did happen about eight years ago. But I really doubt things have changed. I wouldn't take a wounded stray dog there. We have since learned to take our business south to Louisville.
