Dr. Olson and their nurse practitioner, Erin, are fantastic. I have never had an issue with the staff. I have always gotten very timely return calls. The appointments are always on time! They listen, are caring, very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm not sure what has happened to some with such bad reviews but I suggest not letting those detour you. Excellent facility and staff! Dr. Olsen is very knowledgeable and thorough. It's easy to get an appointment when you need one. Highly recommend!

This is the worst doctor's office I have ever been to. You have to call them to get your results. Even after you call, it could take up to a week before they call you back. You will be treated poorly by the staff, and if you try to talk to the doctor of the manager about the staff and how unprofessional they have treated you, it will fall on deaf ears. They may even terminate you as a patient. It really stinks that you cannot complain about anyone that works there.

The office personal is horrible. Won't call you back. Won't give messages to the doctor. The staff treats patients horribly and when you try to complain, the doctors and the office manager will not listen to you. They have obviously never learned that the customer is always right. They need to teach their staff that if a patient is calling in, there must be a problem, and to treat them poorly is not the correct way to go.
