My whole family has seen Jeff at some point or another. He is a great chiropracter. My son is a small giant for his age and Jeff adjusts his hips and spine to accomodate his rapid growth rate. My son feels an immediate and amazing difference. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, which really put my mind at ease. They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments.
Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.
