Schmucker's has been a family-owned and operated Toledo dining tradition since 1948. Originally opened by Harvey and Nola Schmucker, the diner is currently run by the third generation of Schmuckers. RecommendedBeen years since I’ve had perch. Better than snapper almost as good as grouper. Blueberry cheesecake for dessert. Friendly waitress and great food!

The best food I have had all week. I traveled from Texas to Detroit and back again. Decided to stop at Schmuckers for dinner and Wow what a treat! The food was fresh, delicious, home cooking. If you are in Toledo Ohio, stop in and get a bite. You won’t regret it. Oh yeah and check out their desserts. Yikes!
We were in town today .. saw Schmuckers and pulled in !! My grandparents ate there all the time and took us kids on Saturday morning breakfast over 50 years ago !! Still how I remember it now just with a mask on!! Yummy food .. quick service! We even bought shirts!! Fun!!

Kind of disappointed we ordered curb side carry out for 2 dinners. $25.00 and neither dinner was complete we called and they will write a credit for missing items plus add a couple of rolls. This isn’t how they normally are hopefully just new staff or something. It will be awhile before we go back.
Always enjoy coming here. Great food and even better people! Love interacting with them and have gotten to know them over the years. Thank you all!
