Schmucker's has been a family-owned and operated Toledo dining tradition since 1948. Originally opened by Harvey and Nola Schmucker, the diner is currently run by the third generation of Schmuckers. RecommendedI have been buying pies from Schmucker’s for years. I can honestly say this was the first one that I was very disappointed with. The pudding tasted like it was made for a diabetic person, it was bland and tasteless. The whipping cream tasted like it was straight cream just whipped up with no powdered sugar added to it, totally tasteless I sent a private message explaining how disappointed I was, the message showed as read Sunday but no one even reached out to me.
