Schmucker's has been a family-owned and operated Toledo dining tradition since 1948. Originally opened by Harvey and Nola Schmucker, the diner is currently run by the third generation of Schmuckers. our waitress was amazing! let us taste the meatloaf before we decided! tons of staff and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. the food portions were so huge and the home fries were to die for! ...so many homeade pies!! we just happened upon this place while staying all night in Toledo but will definitely be back!.. .huge thumbs up!!
Great food served by an amazing staff. This is one of the few traditional American restaurants left in the Toledo area. It isn't fancy, but it's fabulous!

I travel for my job. The crew and I like to find what we call a true mom and pop diner. This is by far one of the best we've found. Had the Sunrise Special Plus. Perfect. Also got a piece of chocolate pie to go. One word. gone. Would drive out of the way to stop again. Oh and the prices. Did we step back in time
