No followup to my request for quote and detailed info for the addition of battery backup system despite business owner's promise to do so. I repeated that request by email and then phone message after a couple weeks. They did do a maintenance and was prompt and friendly with that service. It has been several weeks now. I don't know what is going on with them. I was hoping to rely on this locally owned business to maintain and service the garage door system for my home for years to come.
