They are amazing. I had a very important (sentimental) ring from my family turned into a custom necklace here. Ginnie (one of the owners) extensively helped my wife and I find the perfect piece, and they did a perfect job. It couldn't have turned out more beautiful. These are family-owned business people you want to work with. They will take care of you.
