Yes Does the provider's staff try to be helpful? Yes Do you feel confident that this provider will work with you until a solution is reached? Yes Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely!

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in!

Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? No, they could have used some continuing education Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? No, they didn't show any sympathy or concern Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? No, I didn't receive anything at all Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Does this provider treat every client equally? Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted?
