Ron was a great landlord and person. Our townhouse was one of the nicest we've rented. Ron was always available when we needed something and he made sure not to be a micromanager. I'd highly recommend.
Mr. Schmitt will sound like a nice guy when you talk to him. However, I caution you to be very aware of a working relationship with him and his company. In 2010 he rented me a Condo that was at the time about 3 years old. As one might expect the carpet was of the lowest quality available and based on his prior tent (Mr. Schmitt's brother) living there for a time before me with his dog the carpets were already stained and wore.
