David who’s the cook was doing everything. He was great. You can tell he understands great customer service. First time my family and I have been there. Needless to say we shall return.

Best bakery in Utah! Their eclairs are my favorite I've ever eaten and I've eaten a lot! They also made my wedding cake which was absolutely amazing!

Worst Doughnut I have ever put in my mouth. 3 hours later I can still taste the grease in my mouth reminding me to go on the internet to warn others. Doughnut was heavy and over cooked to crisp. I finally found the cream in it. It had a gob of cream in it all in one little spot. Worst 2 bucks I have spent in a very long time. Today was the first and last time I have ever gone to Schmidt's.
