RecommendedI recommend everything. Their quality is excellent. The color, the flavor of their meat. It's all so good, no words will do it justice. When you cook the hamburger no matter how you cook it, there is little to none grease and it's clear like water. If you haven't been to Schmidt's you need to go. I guarantee you will be hooked.
