Amazing Summer Sausage and Beef sticks!!! I grew up enjoying Schmidt's and still do till this day! I live in Arizona now but every chance I get I have family members send me sausage or I try to buy a year supply when I visit. I have been to meat markets all over the United States and nothing comes close to the quality of Schmidt's!!! I'm a total fan of the Jalapeno Summer Sausage!!!
Always the best. Stopped today and made a haul.
We drive an hour to have all of our beef processed and dry aged at Schmidt's. We have never been disappointed with our cuts of meat. Highly recommend Schmidt's to anyone.
We stop once a week. They have the best selection and the service is outstanding.
