They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
