We have always had same day service, and they have always fixed any issues that day. Home town company with home town service. We appreciate their honesty, and excellent work ethic .
After an unsuccessful encounter with Tiger, we called Schmidt & Son. After 4 days without heat right when it starts to get colder, it was finally fixed. I’m very pleased with the friendly and honest service and we are definitely sticking to Schmidt & Son from now on!
I am blown away by the service that I got from this business. I was not overcharged (rarity today), nor pressured to buy or pay for something I didn't need. His word to come by on Weds. was kept-he kept on top of what needed to be done. He did exactly what was needed with quickness and quality. My air conditioner has never run so beautifully like this. I've been utilizing these guys for a few years and have always received prompt and high quality service at a more affordable and fair rate than most of the other heating / cooling contractors in the area. From day one, Guy and Jay have been upfront and honest with what needs to be done (and what can wait until later). I really appreciate having a heating and cooling guy I can trust.
