I called Schmidts at 4 PM Thursday. I was afraid that I would have to wait until Friday, but they sent a wonderful technician over right away. He had my AC running like a champ. He was done and I had air by 6 PM!! Wonderful group and it only cost us $72.00..I am very happy !!
Worst AC company experience ever!!! After being told by two people my report would be to the home warranty company by the end of the day, it WASN'T! I called multiple times confirming it hadn't been received. I was told by the OWNER to be grateful I was only paying my warranty fee and not the 2-3k it actually costs!!!
