The outside is stunning. The inside has many nice features, but I wish more of the raw brick and other original construction materials were evident in the units and hallways. They felt sheetrock-y and "quick," but, having said that, the building(s) makes for a great artist's habitat. The dwellers seem content and inspired. That beats architectural design mag material, as it is serving the purpose for which the building was retrofitted. I'm just a sniggler for old building details shining through, and miss seeing them.
