I have purchased vehicles from Schmidt Motors for over 20 years, and have had my vehicles serviced by Schmidt Motors. I wouldn't go anywhere else, the staff is amazing!
Bought a used truck from here and was informed that someone crashed the rear left bumper and for $500.00 they would fix it. Was NOT informed that there were problems with the passenger door where NONE of the electric would work. The mirror, turn signal in the mirror, window, door lock, NOTHING on the door works. They sent me a replacement switch and harness, and now the window works but the rest of the door does not work at ALL. I replaced the mirror, and the actuator and still problems exist. Sales side is good parts and services side blows said they would be done between 9-10AM here it is 5:45 and they still are screwing around
They sold me a pickup for $20,000 and were aware of its problem that they cobled to make the sale. 4 days and 300 miles later it started making awful noises, Bad lifters and cam. Called them and informed them and they said it is my problem now and offered to sell me a warenty for 2000 dollars a year. Do not buy cars here, if you do test drive for a week or walk out the door.
I was passing through Ogallala and had a little issue with my vehicle that would not allow me to get back on the interstate until it was fixed. Schmidt Motors helped me out, without an appointment, and treated me like a long-time customer. Customer service was top-notch! Thank you!
We had terrific service! No pressure and no games. They were honest and straight forward and I felt like they weren't out to screw is over! Thank you for the best car buying experience!
