I went for a sausage wrap with mustard. The sausage was tasty. However, it fell apart while eating it and made a mess of the wrap. Also, the skin casing was like a tough, filmy plastic which was hard to separate upon chewing. I had to bite pull it apart which made a bigger mess of the wrap. The string on the sausage ring was hard to separate from the sausage so some sausage was wasted. Maye be sausage was under cooked amd that is why it just fell aprt. 4 star on taste, 2 star on composition.
I’ve heard this is the best bbq on the planet! I hope to get there someday!
Great brisket and sides. Loved the creamed corn. They should be busier. Try them out.

The chopped beef, egg and cheese taco is SERIOUSLY one of the best breakfast tacos I have ever eaten. And don't eat it with salsa, eat it with the BBQ sauce! To die for!!
