It was well worth the trip to get Cherry Thing-a-lings. They even sent a dozen to My kids out of town!
Just received my shipment to California of 2 dozen Cherry Thing-a-Lings and 6 Whoppers. Yummy! The Whoppers are out of this world and can be bought every day and the CTAL's are a special treat this time of year.
I have never heard of Schmidt's let alone a Cherry Thing-A-Ling. My mom said she'd liked to try one and she hates CHERRY. So Monday we drove from Fairfield Township. Found you with no problem I bought a dozen and my mom bought a cpl stray for the ride home. We tasted it and went right back in for another dozen and a few more stray for the ride home. I am amazed and hooked def. Will be coming back and not just for the Cherry Thing-A-Ling.. Thank You!!!!
My husband heard about the Cherry Thing-A-Lings on the radio for President's Day and we drove down from Fishers to try them. They were wonderful! We bought extras and heated them a few seconds in the microwave like the sales clerk instructed and they were great the next day. We also bought a loaf of of salt rising bread that was delicious. They were very busy when we were there, but so friendly and organized that the line moved fast and you didn't mind the short wait.
This is my family's bakery. I live in California but I come out most every year to help with Cherry Thing-a-Ling weekend. It's a lot of work being surrounded by family and friends makes it festive and fun and well worth it. Thanks to all those that come out and support us each year and to the new folks driving long distances to try them for the first time. Sometimes that line is really long and we do our best to keep up with production, but it's just a little bakery with one fryer. Thanks for waiting and hope you all enjoyed... read more
