Had the Ignitor circuit board for my furnace IN STOCK and competitively priced and was able to get my furnace back up and running within hours instead of days...very friendly and knowledgeable I am glad another business referred me to them for help!!!!
I came in there looking for a relay and two fuses for my AC. I just want to say that it was awesome of you to test my fuses to make sure they didn't work and also to test the relay before you sold me the new one. I appreciate it very much. Great service. Friendly staff. Knowledgeable. Love the "store cat" . Had an issue with my grandma's furnace that could have cost hundreds in a service call, but the beautiful girl at the counter got me out with a $10 part!
I went there on 3-11-15 didn't have the part we needed. Said they could order one for $45.00 went to the Anderson got the same part for $9.94. Either this place doesn't know what there doing or there very high priced. Would not recommend it.
i have had success finding items here in the past, but my most recent purchase - an ignitor for a furnace - went terribly. i bought it for $30 more than i could get it for online and was not told there were no refunds on these items until i wanted to return it three days later(it wasn't needed). as a result i am out $45 for an item i can't use. i will probably not return to this store again. ill pay for next days shipping, still save money and have the option to return the item.
