Dismissive of symptoms and does not review materials to reach a diagnosis after 3+ yrs of testing and issues of thyroid disease dismissed Even after being suggested by opthalmologist and dentist. Now an "incidental finding" revealed multiple thyroid nodules and cancer. Why not take time to review my continued symptoms and other Dr suggestions to reach a conclusion. only after repeated ear and neck pain did she reluctantly order a CT scan... Just sickening
HORRIBLE staff and no grace given. arrived 6 minutes early for appointment and was sent away (after driving 2hrs to the appointment) leaving my house at 5:15am and still arriving BEFORE the appointment time. was sent away because the check in office AND THE NURSE said because i didn't arrive 15min prior to the appointment i was considered late. they sent me away and was not seen. now i get to drive 2hrs back home w/o being seen. SO MAD and defeated. what a horrible policy and no grace given for this. they would not let me sp... read more
Always good. She knows I don’t have insurance & keeps that in mind when discussing options
Dr. Schmid is wonderful, a great physician. Her office on the other hand you have long waits to check in at the desk, also trying to get through on the phone takes usually 10-20 mins on hold. That is the only downfall.
Excellent care. Easy to talk with and understanding of your symptoms.
