Very poor communication from the parts department.
I had an amazing experience at Schlueter Acura. I mainly dealt with Ryan and he was on the ball! He was able to help me get the car I wanted super quickly. He was very professional, easy to reach for questions, and accommodating when I couldn’t get there at our prearranged time. I have also previously serviced another car here and the experience was very smooth. Overall a fantastic experience and I would wholeheartedly recommend the team here.
