Repost, 3 years later. Hopefully people continue to avoid this dealership, easily some of the most disgusting conduct from any A-lot dealership I have seen. Other review was deleted twice, that one talked about the windshield that was scratched AFTER I signed the paperwork for my vehicle. Zero responsibility to fix the damage. Out of the previous car buying experiences I’ve had, Schlueter Acura was the best. I’m a proud owner of a 2022 Acura ILX Premium. Huge thanks to Sidney Cooper, she made the car buying process as smooth as possible (10/10 service). Would recommend you visit Schlueter Acura, you won’t regret it.
Nice Dealership. I had my car safety here last year in 2025. Sasha the Service Manager was easy to deal and talk with. James Gibson the General Manager is a very nice guy.
Sasha, and Matt were excellent to work with, phenomenal communication throughout the entire repair process of my 2019 Acura RDX. Repairs were completed faster than expected after being told the part was potentially back ordered. Would highly recommend this location for servicing your Acura.
