Another bait and switch complaint. I was low balled in my trade in by $3500. Thats after I did not get a chance to drive their car. Their car, after I sent them pricing for it across all the car trade in values was $2k less than what they were asking. Their excuse we sunk all this money into it. That isnt my issue. You performed maintenance to keep the car in sellable condition. Sorry that does not justify a $2k price swing. Mid I would have purchased that vehicle I would have lost over $5500. Do not go there! I was impacted by the classic "bait & switch" technique at this dealership. Last week I researched a car listed on their website at 9 pm & noticed it had a low price. At that time I shared the listing with multiple friends & family members who know more about cars & dealerships than I do. We concluded it would be a great deal if the car was smoke-free (a feature you can't check out online) & checked out otherwise. My husband was sold a used car through this dealership. I had bought holda pilots to this business and was loyal to them., including maintenance They were unethical in the practices during the check on income. It was nonexistent. We followed up with the bank too to let them know. We ended up taking a 17,000 hit based on their very poor customer treatment of a past buyer. I will never buy a Honda there again and I had been very pleased with my cars bought there previously.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We do appreciate your recent business and past business. We used the information provided to us on the credit application by the applicant. The credit application was signed stating that all the information provided is true and accurate. Using the income provided to us, the bank approved the loan with no stipulations for us to verify the income. Thus, why thecheck on incomewas nonexistent. I am sorry if there was any misunderstanding on our loan application process.

This team and it's service manager, Bob G******, are exceptional in every way! We had a recall service gone awry at another Honda dealership. That dealership installed a wrong recall part causing multiple critical parts damage to our car. Because of their lack of professionalism and accountability, we filed a complaint with Honda Corporation and found Schlossmann's who willingly corrected this nightmare. I had a problem with my 2013 CRV. The car had 3 batteries, and was making a grinding noise on start up. After many phone calls, internet posts, service appointments, Honda City finally took care of me. They got into a 2014 while keeping my same payments. I end up paying a bit more, but I am erasing 13,000 miles of wear and tear from the 2013 CRV. Do not buy a car here. They will rip you off. I bought a brand new 2013 CRV from them less than a year ago. I've now had the car serviced 4 times already. 4 times for the car battery running low, and once for a grinding noise at start up. The battery has been replaced twice within a year, and they've done nothing about the noise because they could not replicate it. I'm convinced this car will just continue to have issues.
