Dr. Jeffrey Schlimmer did a total knee replacement on my right knee in January, 2024. The surgery was a success thanks to Dr. Schlimmer and the surgical staff. His office staff is also great! Each time I go for a visit, I see Dr. Schlimmer. He’s attentive, professional and welcoming. He answers my questions and explains everything in an easy to understand manner. Thus office is a joke! Took three different referrals to finally get appointments then waited over an hour from time of appointment to have X-ray than sat another 20 minutes to finally see Jeffery Schummer! Not impressed at all with bedside manner! Like pulling teeth to have him answer questions! Was told he was going to call in orders for MRI at Women’s center and 2 weeks later it still has not been sent in! Why because the notes aren’t finished….are you kidding me! He is a great surgeon, he replaced both of my knees and did a great job.
Great doctors in this office I can't say enough good about them they're kind they take their time and explain things to you I really like each and every one of them that I've seen BUT!!! The receptionist do not answer phones at all on rare occasions you will get somebody and they will send you to somebody else and guess what it's a recording and the chances of getting them to call you back well it's not real great but once you get in to see the doctors and the people in back nurses doctors tec. they're wonderful and even the... read more
