Everything was explained in detail and throughly. When I had questions they were answered in a way that I can understand.
Staff is knowledgeable, pleasant and eager to make sure your visit is pain free.
The work they did was excellent and everyone comes off as being really nice, however, they failed to fully inform me about everything before the work was done. Being an average person, I had no idea that composite fillings are the tooth colored ones. My insurance covers 100% of silver fillings, but not of the tooth colored ones because they are considered to be cosmetic. ALWAYS RECEIVE EXCELLENT SERVICE - CAROL IS A VERY CARING PERSON ABOUT ANY HEALTH ISSUES THAT MAY ARISE - CONTINUES TO CHECK AT EACH VISIT TO MAKE ANY ADJUSTMENTS ON MEDICAL HISTORY TO YOUR FILE IF NEEDED. DR MOSBY IS ALWAYS PLEASANT AND HAS A SMILE ON HIS FACE AS USUAL. THE LOBBY IS EXTREMELY CLEAN AND I LOVE WATCHING THE FISH TANK, THE WATER IS SO CLEAR. A VERY RELAXING LOBBY.
