I am not a big fan of the dentist and don't go because of the fear I have. I took a chance on the info that was sent to me from my insurance company about this dentist. My dental experience was great. The staff and Dr. Mosby did a great job and I have no discomfort while they replaced my old fillings. The only thing that caught me off guard was the billing practice. The billing representative did a good job explaining prior to the procedure what my portion of the bill would be after insurance coverage but did not explain that I would have to pay this amount at the time I had the procedure done. Had I known I would have sceduled my procedure at a different time to accommodate my pay schedule... read more

I really appreciate the time Dr mosby spent talking to me during my first visit to explain everything. That hasn't been my experience elsewhere. The technology being used is also top notch.
