My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Mosby for all of our dental care for the past 8 years. It is always a pleasant experience to walk in his office and be greeted by a professional yet friendly group of people. The front office, restrooms and every dental room is kept exceptionally clean. I had to cancel my original appt due to work conflict. Shortly thereafter I was notified of a cancellation and asked if it was convenient to come in. I was pleased since the next avail date was 2 months from now. Your staff is friendly and courteous. The care given is propt, thorough and professional.
Outstanding customer service is friendly, courteous and professional. Hygienist was thorough, friendly, informative with a great attitude. Dr. Mosby was all the above and stands by his mission statement which is so proudly displayed.
Since I was getting a filling, I could never say it was a pleasant experience. The drills and smells and shots are awful, but the doctor and assistant were great. They were friendly, helpful and tried to ease my discomfort as best they could.
All went well. Paige the hygienist is nice and very competent. The gift card given to me should be able to be used by me and not given away. I still consider myself a new patient. Just my opinion.
My visit to Laser Dentistry was very pleasant. The staff is so nice and professional. Dr. Mosby explains everything that needs to be done and I trust his decisions. I have had a lot of dental work done and never had any problems. He is the best dentist ever and his staff is pretty awesome too! : )
