My visit was great as always.
I had two teeth pulled and I am pretty nervous and shaky but Dr. Mosby is great and all the staff are friendly and helpful. They make you feel comfortable.
Love Laser Dentistry of CDA! The front staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Tiffany my dental hygenist was very friendly, thorough and efficient. Dr Mosby of course is very knowledgeable, friendly and make sure you are getting the best care possible. I refer all my friends and family to this awesome practice. It was quick and efficient.
I believe Dr. Mosby and his staff are very capable, professional and pleasant as a Dentist and Staff. While I understand Dr. Mosby has a business to run, bills and salaries to pay. I would encourage the staff to be more sensitive when it comes to the presentation, billings and collection of out of pocket costs that can appear to be expensive. Again, a great staff.
Laser Dentistry is a great place to go. They know what they are doing and make sure you understand if there are any problems. My insurance gets billed in a timely fashion and have not had any issue with being over charged. If I need to pay a portion, they give me an estimate based on what they think my insurance will cover and more times than not I get a little money back.
