After reading these reviews, it makes more sense why the driver of van 24283 was tailgating cars on 465 with his brights on and then wanted to pull over and fight when confronted. First class employees

Elevator went down and I put in a service ticket before 9am. I was told someone would be there before end of business and now they're saying next day 2 hours before close. Offered to split 50% of overtime costs for someone to come after 6pm. 0/10

Schindler customer service is next to awful. We have a service contract for preventative maintenance. You know how much preventative maintenance they have done in the last 6 years....0. Now our elevator wont level out and I cant get a tech to come out to fix it. I have left messages for service, no return calls. Currently sitting on hold. I would advise to look for other service providers

I am currently stuck in a Schindler elevator that is not even two years old in a new building. This is the 9th breakdown in less than two years. I think that should tell you all you need to know.
