Absolutely zero satisfaction with customer service. I have never experienced such a lack in care from a corporate company. Do yourself a favor and go with Otis.
Absolutely worthless. Horrible customer service, no follow up to its customers, This is a prime example of a company that got too big and could not handle it. you call for answers and they transfer you to SUPERVISORS that never call you back. They could care less! I would absolutely steer clear of this company!
The tech guys do the best they can but it seems like they are short staffed and have no time to do actual preventative maintenance on equipment but rather they are only doing repairs while charging way to much on service contracts. When your equipment never gets regularly serviced only repairs when they break can it be called a service contract anymore?
