The tech guys do the best they can but it seems like they are short staffed and have no time to do actual preventative maintenance on equipment but rather they are only doing repairs while charging way to much on service contracts. When your equipment never gets regularly serviced only repairs when they break can it be called a service contract anymore?
I used Schindler for my rentals and my office and after selling properties and transferring contract to buyer Schindler still billed me and charged for maintenance and withdrew from my bank the money. The contract for my office was cancelled last year and they withdrew the total maintenance and was told I would get the prorated charge back - that was in January, still waiting
Can't get them out here to do their annual safety inspection so we can pass the Department of Labors Inspection. They will email me back, saying that someone else will contact me to get us scheduled, but that has not happened....yet, anyway.... 4 months later we are still waiting
