Recently ran into an issue with an inspection and have been ghosted for a month now about getting the two simple violations taken care of. I guess customer service is a thing of the past. Had Otis with a different company and they were no better.

A woman in a wheelchair and her aid and another resident were stuck in the elevator. The elevator failed to execute the emergency safety return. I live in a brand new “luxury” apartment and the elevator is consistently not working. It takes weeks for it to be fixed and then stops working again in a day or two.
Their elevator technicians are completely incompetent. Can’t even keep an elevator working for more than 2 days half the time. I live in a 5 year old building with Schindler elevators and they are constantly broken. One of the elevators is on at least on its 3rd motor in those 5 years which seems insane and I’m sure is an expensive repair (btw the new motor takes 1-2 months to come in so good luck but not having an elevator for that long).
