Dr. Schilt helped save my life by finding the correct diagnosis and medication for me. I was severely agoraphobic and was having several panic attacks a day when I began seeing him seven years ago. I now happily leave the house daily and have maybe one or two panic attacks a year. I have quality of life and a huge part is due to how well Dr. Schilt listens to his patients. It is nice to have a new perspective to psychiatry. I find Dr. Schilt to be new hope for me as I transcend on to new transition medications and new therapy ideas. The grass has been greener on the new side of the fence,
Dr. Schilt is the best psychiatrist I've had the honor of working with in my life, and I've (unfortunately) worked with far too many. I respect his work so much that I felt literally obligated to post this review to counter the one star reviews. He is knowledgeable and communicates well. You can feel that he genuinely cares about you, much unlike the run of the mill machine driven psychiatrists you will likely encounter with an HMO (EG Kaiser). Oh my gosh stay clear from this guy. So incompetent. My daughter went to him and he played into her delusions. She got worse. She finally went to a new phyciatrist and a professional counselor and is doing great. Please beware of this fraud
Dr Schilt is an amazing, caring, knowledgeable doctor. I’ve had many of psychiatrists. He’s the best I’ve had. He’s very easy to talk to and genuinely listens and cares.
