We just watched Schill tear up the lawn next door at Pond Drive. They did nothing to repair the ruts and mud patches they left. Now they're here at Brandon Place. Why don't they understand its too wet to mow. There's standing water puddles where they destroyed the grass. They don't do anything to repair the constant damage they do with their giant mowers. They don't pick up anything.. branches, waste, etc. Just blow it onto the lawn. I go out weekly to pick up after them. Cigarette butts, empty water bottles. Make it stop.
It's always been a pleasure doing business with Schill... if I have any issues at my property they are always addressed right away. The office staff is fabulous to deal with.
