We moved into this house for 3 years. One of the major reasons we chose our neighborhood is because we could not keep up with yard work and our HOA fees cover landscaping and snow removal. Needless to say, the past two winters, we have had little need for snow removal but have already had 2 major snow storms this year. Have a little pride in their work. I literally talked to a supervisor this morning, who was driving by my property, and I pointed out a the grass clippings left from yesterday. He said we are back here today taking care of this.(along with all the trimming that wasn't done, uneven cuts, torn up lawn, missed grass that was left high, and heavy clippings left all over the grass) Guess what, they left and now that its rained, its a bigger mess. I live at Arbor Glen Apts. in Twinsburg and this is the second week in a row they have blown all this debris on my patio and they just leave I am not cleaning up after you do your job !
They are PAID to do Landscaping for our condo but they are TERRIBLE NEVER. NEVER USE THEM.......
They a do less than mediocre job for my association all year round and the man in charge is rude.
Live in Brunswick. Schill plowed Saturday afternoon and evening. Haven’t seen them since . It is 7:30 am Monday. Drive is full 6-12 in drifted. Can’t get out front door because of drift. I think we had a rookie driver. Point is no one has been here to plow or shovel the walkway..
They could plow when under contract. Our place is terrible & they have a contract to plow. We can’t get out our doors or in our garages- sidewalks are not clear-people have fallen. 7:20 Sunday & no Schill.
Schill is great at what they do and do an amazing job maintaining the properties they work so hard to keep up on. Keep up the great work guys 😀
