steve I went to have my Rolex fixed and the manager in the suit tried up sale me to rebuild the watch. He wanted $275.00 for the crystal and $475.00 to overhaul the watch. I went to Fast fix on the mall and got a Rolex factory crystal installed in two days for $175.00!! The watch works great now. Snotty attitude and poor service.
Schilbers Fine Jewelry is the King! I have had nothing but superb service with the staff at Schlibers even at their new locations. I have purchased many items including several Rolex and Omega watches and have had repairs and cleanings done at a resonable price and on a timely basis. when it comes to Customer service and accomodating their clients, Schilbers is the "KING"! maybe that's why they are now in a castle!
rebecca There service is ok some of the times but I have had a few problems with the items they sold me. When the item had broken shortly after purchase the wanted to charge me an arm and leg to fix it!
