We have an extensive inventory that covers all price ranges, although we primarily focus on higher end pieces at a great price. Our repair department does custom designs or jewelry repairs. We also have a watchmaker onsite with 35yrs experience. Jim repairs and services all types of watches including Rolex, Breitling and antiques all in house. He also replaces batteries, most start at $10.00.

Happy Customer We have only bought a ring and a few watches but the service is very good, people are very nice and low pressure. We have gone in just to look for hours and they have never been put out or rude when we didn't purchase anything. And because of that we made sure when we did go purchase something we went back to them. My husband and I are very satisfied with them. Schilbers Fine Jewelry is the King! I have had nothing but superb service with the staff at Schlibers even at their new locations. I have purchased many items including several Rolex and Omega watches and have had repairs and cleanings done at a resonable price and on a timely basis. when it comes to Customer service and accomodating their clients, Schilbers is the "KING"! maybe that's why they are now in a castle!
rebecca There service is ok some of the times but I have had a few problems with the items they sold me. When the item had broken shortly after purchase the wanted to charge me an arm and leg to fix it!
steve I went to have my Rolex fixed and the manager in the suit tried up sale me to rebuild the watch. He wanted $275.00 for the crystal and $475.00 to overhaul the watch. I went to Fast fix on the mall and got a Rolex factory crystal installed in two days for $175.00!! The watch works great now. Snotty attitude and poor service.
Item Broke 2 Weeks After Purchase-They Would Not Fix Stone in ring broke 2 weeks after purchase, they told me they were not going to help in any way, pay for the fix myself! Payed a lot of money for the ring, it would not have cost a lot to make it right and keep a customer. Be very wary of any purchase!
