I had prostate cancer in 2006 and went to Schiffler Cancer Center, and it's 2017 and I am still cancer free. Dr. Gregory Merrick was my doctor and he is a great doctor.
As much as someone with Stage IV cancer can "love" a cancer center, I love this place. Since the first day I walked in 2 years ago, the staff have made me feel like I gained another little family. Dr. Tageja is one of the nicest doctors I have ever met.
Not happy with the answer regarding after, affects . I was just told simply " Everyone is different " end of discussion !!
Everyone was very nice and helpful this is moms last radiation treatment today !! Thank you :) !
I was also a patient of Dr. Merrick and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at Sciffler they are caring,compassionate and dedicated to your health I was really impressed when Dr. Merrick himself called me at 4:30 on a Fri. to tell me the biopsy showed no cancer.If you need to see these wonderful people you will be in good hands.
I was a patient there diagnosed with throat cancer this year and underwent radiation and chemotherapy there. Both of my doctors, nurses, and technicians on staff we're very courteous, professional, and well trained. I highly recommend their services for cancer treatment.
They were good to me and still are. They explain everything so I could understand it.
The Dr's and Nurses are very kind and understanding.
