Bob was supposed to do an appraisal on my house and never sent it to me. He then filed a court case against me and showed up to my house prior to the court date. Since I never received the doc Bob agreed to a 1/2 payment for his work, 200 of 500. He agreed to drop the case and that 200 was fine. Then a few months later he filed a lien on my house and demanded the additional money. Bob out right lied to me in my house and is using the pending sale of the house to make me pay for something I never got. Please do not trust him.
Bob did a great job overall. I need an appraisal for an investment property. It took about a week and a half. Would definitely recommend using Bob. Will use again for any home appraisal needs
Work was NOT completed when promised. Had to call Mr. Schickler on two occasions for my estimate. No follow up at all. If I would not have called the second time I guess "I would still be waiting for my estimate". No customer service.
SCAM!!!! Bob and his son are a joke. They are dishonest and unprofessional. I still have not received the appraisal I paid for that was supposed to be done weeks ago. I was promised that I would receive it two days ago and now they won't respond to my calls and email.
