Have had to get pants redone multiple times for not setting creases properly. Brand new shirts have wrinkles in the collars. NOT IMPRESSED so to speak!
I took a suit in to have clean and when I went to get it, all they could find was the pants. They told me several times that I didnt bring it in. Only untill I threw a fit and named the people that was working and what was going on that day we, they searched and finally found it. I was told by others, that this isnt the only time this has happened. I was speaking to the manager this whole entire time. Not very good...
