I can’t say enough good things about Schertz Medical Home. Their doctors, nurses, and staff are absolutely the best. Even though I don’t go often, every visit is a positive experience. They always treat me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care—lifting my spirits even when I’m feeling down. Thank you for the incredible service you consistently provide.

I conduct Physical Therapy at this location and the doctors and Tech are always nice and professional.
Custimer service at front desk unprofessional rude need more training the lady at number 4 window stop question me never see are hear from.my regular doctor what point going there with med issue i get anixety going there and keaving there sad place
Unprofessional front staff, disrespectful, and rude. Pharmacy not professional at all. Medications not ready for pick up even though has been activated…entire staff, excluding medical professionals need social relations training.
