I always have horrible experiences with the doctors at Schertz Medical Home.
RecommendedGreat staff . . . Great alternative to BAMC/SAMMC for appointments, pharmacy, etc.
The Patients Affairs Office will not return phone calls when there is a problem. There have been several attempts to contact them get voice mail every time leave messages and NO RESPONSE this has been ongoing since January 2019
Love the set up of this new building. Easy to check in and lots of chairs.
I got warts freeze by one of the doctors there and left me a pretty good blister. He freeze it for 30 second! Yes, 30 second and compared me with his 5 years old son that can handle the cold/burn part better than me. No comparison what so ever. Disrespectful to himself and I'm not sure who paying for him to be there? We are paying for our insurance you know. I took the pictures of my blister to prove it!!!
