I tried getting my PD from them and was told I use a youtube video to do so, I explained that I just need the info and was told I can only get it from the doctor in person. Like this is some sort of government secret that no one can know about. Needless to say, this place was one and done for me and I advise others not to do business here.
Customer service went from 5 stars to I wish I could give no stars with the help of one associate. There should be a manager there even when the doctors are away to make sure the associates stay professional in any situation.
