Helpfull, Respectfull and Prompt Tim was very helpful with my old 1992 Buick. The news wasn't good, my car needed a new transmission and entirely too much work, Tim helped us through a difficult decision to not work on it because it's beyond needing just a little work. I would recommend this dealer to anyone I recently purchased a new Sierra and very pleased with my decision. After some recommendations by a coworker, I thought I'll stop by glad that I did. Paul is so nice and we went on a few test drives, I didn't feel nervous at all. I felt comfortable with my decisions through out the whole process. I got a really good deal and saved money compared to other dealers in the area. So all in all, I am insanely happy with my new car!
approachable and easy to negotiate The finance guy (dont know his tiltle) was great!!! He was very straight forward, very helpfull. The owner was the same. The sales person, wasnt so smart, and might have been trying to hard to make us happy (if that makes any sense). Luckily we spoke with the owner who was very straightforward, honest and who made us feel very accommodated.
Top Notch GMC Dealer I never thought the day would come for me to have to buy a new car. Everyone is going to so jealous because not anyone can get a great deal like I did. The salespeople there were so sweet and when it came to negotiation I really got what I wanted even my monthly payments are affordable, I love love LOVE IT!!!!!!! non-hassle and excellent service I've been waiting to buy a car for a few years now, but have been hesitant because of the economy.
