This was our first experience purchasing a Mazda and this dealership had exceptional service. They were very accommodating and answered all our questions we had about our new vehicle. We had our two young children with us and the entire staff was extremely kind and accommodating to them.
Being a first time car buyer here in the US could be very tough especially for a new migrant like me. Fortunately I had the opportunity to work with Keri Thierer (Sales Consultant at Scherer Mazda- Peoria). We had all transactions through phone since i am 5-6 hours away from the dealership and i am very thankful that she made the whole process smooth and easy for me. I believe she is a gem to her company and would like to recommend/transact with her again in the future.
