Carpentry contractor for six years and I can still remember the first interaction I had with this company. I called to order crown molding, and they picked up the phone and said “ what do you want?” There are some really good sales people at the desk, but a few rotten eggs, ruined the whole batch. Honestly, I think they only really care about the big builders and their business. Retail and small business don’t make them enough money. Two stars for the excellent lumber selection though.

We are satisfied with the appearance of the doors themselves; they are visually beautiful. Unfortunately, our overall experience has been extremely disappointing due to multiple service and product issues. We provided the salesman with very specific measurements: a 35-inch opening with 1/2-inch drywall on each side (36 inches total). Despite this, a 37-inch door was ordered. We are happy with the quality of the doors that we ordered, but the customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. The sales guy ordered the wrong size door for our opening despite us telling him the exact measurement. Instead of taking any accountability for the screw up on the sales guy's end, they blamed my husband for signing off on it. The invoice isn't exactly clear for someone who is unfamiliar, and we expected for the sales guy to be knowledgeable about the products...which very clearly he wasn't.
