I moved in June, 2019 and moved out May 2026. Then we all have to move because the building is going under a renovation. I have spent 7 years in this apartment for my RA & PhD and here is my honest opinions: 1. The pricing: when I moved in, the rent was ~$700 for a studio with all utilities covered. No deposits. It was pre-covid era and the price was very nice. Slowly the rent has increased to $900 but still quite nice. Although staffs are nice and rents are cheap, the building is awfully old. I will give 0 star if I only take the building into account.
