Because of various conflicts I had to reschedule my appointment at least once - maybe twice. The nurse was always courteous, never annoyed. My actual visit was very pleasant - I was thoroughly informed and all my questions were answered.
He went through everything from what to expect before surgery and after, to payment options. I went back 2 days later to have the surgery done. I was so happy with my results. His assistant went over everything with me. I had a million questions and she answered every one with patience. I went in for a consultation, Dr Scheive was very explanatory.
I have seen both Dr. Boyer and Dr. Scheive. They were both very nice and their staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an oral surgeon.
Had to have an emergency wisdom tooth taken out and I got in the same day. The staff here is fantastic and both docs really do a great job explaining everything exactly how it's done. Billing was seamless, I knew how much the procedure would cost prior and that number changed. I hate going to the dentist and have terrible anxiety, but Dr. Scheive helped ease that tremendously! 5 stars!

I was given all information needed
I was given a referral to the Bloomingdale office by my general dentist to get my wisdom teeth removed. They were able to get me in right away and scheduled me for extraction. When I was given the estimate for cost, it wasn't in writing. Just scribbled on my patient folder. Those few days before surgery, I got very anxious about everything. The cost was high (mostly because I have two extra wisdom teeth), I didn't have anything in writing, and the yelp reviews were HORRIBLE.
